This private meditation and mentorship offers personalized guidance as you cultivate inner wisdom and compassion. Together, we hold sacred space for love and kindness to emerge while honoring the natural rhythms of life. Whether you're deepening your meditation practice, navigating life transitions, or learning to trust your heart's wisdom, this work supports you on your journey.

Private sessions are beneficial for students who want to go deeper into their practice or need more support and mentoring.

Drawing from trauma-sensitive meditation and mindfulness approaches, our sessions create a safe space to explore both contemplative practice and its application to real-life situations. You'll develop the mindful skillfulness needed to meet fear and uncertainty with curiosity and compassion.

All experience levels are welcome; the only requirement is a sincere intention to practice and a dedication to self-development, along with a commitment to work together for a minimum of 6 months, with bi-weekly or monthly sessions. This timeframe ensures you develop a dedicated practice, work more in-depth with the challenges of transitions, and cultivate a loving-kindness heart.

Sessions are one-hour and conducted remotely via Zoom.

I am committed to making these teachings available to all who are genuinely interested in self-development through mindfulness practices. Rates for private mentorship are available upon request.
