7 Weeks · 7 Chakras is a mindful Kundalini Yoga series focused on aligning, balancing, and harmonizing the body’s seven energy centers. Each week, we’ll explore one chakra through movement, breath, and meditation—supporting awareness, regulation, and embodied healing.
This series is informed by somatic and trauma-aware approaches to yoga, emphasizing safety, choice, and connection to the body.
No prior Kundalini experience is needed—participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace and honor their own boundaries.
This class is offered on a sliding-scale basis to support access to well-being; you’re invited to contribute what feels possible for you.

At the heart of my work is an invitation to come home to your heart — slowly, gently, and in your own natural rhythm.
This work grew from my own journey of learning to open my heart, trust myself, and meet my experience with kindness rather than criticism. I know what it is to be hard on yourself. I know what it is to live with a guarded heart. And I know the quiet beauty of learning to come home to it.
What I offer is a gentle, slow practice of reconnecting — to our emotions, our body, our heart, and the wise part of us that already knows the way. Through mindfulness, meditation, kundalini yoga, and creative practices rooted in nature and art, we begin to nurture the parts of us that have longed to be seen, heard, and held with kindness.
This is not about fixing ourselves or arriving somewhere in the future. It is about remembering that we are worthy now, in this moment, exactly as we are.
My intention is to offer spaces that feel grounded, safe, and supportive — spaces where the heart can come home, where presence deepens naturally, and where insight ripens and reveals itself. Through compassionate attention, we learn to reconnect with our inner wisdom, cultivate trust from within, and discover that healing unfolds not by fixing ourselves, but by meeting our experience with kindness.
