I am Anabell, welcome.
Thank you for being here.
I'm a mindfulness mentor, meditation and yoga teacher, shaped by heart-centered practices including mindfulness, compassion meditation, RAIN, lovingkindness, Kundalini yoga, somatic awareness, and contemplative practices that bring me back—again and again—to the wisdom that lives within each of us.
These practices continue to guide me, and I share them with you as tools to help you release what is not yours to carry and reconnect with your truth.
Together, we’ll welcome what is here and create space for healing, clarity, and ease to unfold naturally.
A bit more about me and how I got here…
For years, my practice was private—quiet realizations about learning to soften, to let go of what wasn’t mine to carry, and to rebuild trust with myself through mindful gentleness. Over time, I began to see that what supported me might support others too. Sharing the stumbles and small victories of this journey has shown me how healing it is to know we’re not alone.
I would not be here without the teachers and wise guides who offered steady light along my path. Now, I offer the same—not because I’ve “arrived,” but because I’ve been there too. I understand where you are, and you are not alone.
Maybe my story can remind you that your journey matters, that your feelings are valid, and that you deserve spaces of gentleness and care. Maybe the practices I share can help you breathe a little easier, soften when life feels overwhelming, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to move forward.
When we slow down and soften into the present moment, we remember that it’s okay not to have everything figured out. It’s enough to simply begin where you are.
I offer you presence. Through meditation, embodied practices, and private mentorship, I create moments that feel spacious—soft places to land and gentle reminders of the wisdom and clarity already within you.

Q: What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
I’m a self-taught artist.
Q: What are you passionate about beyond meditation and yoga?
Advocating for Mother Earth and exploring regenerative ways of living. I think it’s important to remember that we are part of this beautiful Earth, and when we slow down to listen to her, we can learn so much from her wisdom.
Q: What continues to inspire the work you do today?
As an empath, I can feel and read others’ experiences, and I understand what they’re moving through. When someone returns to their own light and cultivates harmony within themselves, it feels like a piece of our collective oneness is coming back into balance. That inspires me deeply.
Q: What brings you joy right now?
Quiet moments with myself and creating art—painting, and recently, sculpting.
