I am Anabell, welcome.

I'm an artist, mindfulness mentor, meditation and yoga teacher, shaped by heart-centered practices including writing, creativity, mindfulness, compassion meditation, RAIN, lovingkindness, Kundalini yoga, somatic awareness, and contemplative practices that bring me—again and again—back to the wisdom that already lives within us.

These practices live in me as quiet companions—threads I share with you as we walk the path of unfolding, of ever becoming.

Together, we’ll welcome what is here—making space for tenderness to unfold and freedom to bloom.

A bit more about me and how I got here…

For years, my practice was private—quiet realizations about learning to soften, to trust, to meet myself with tenderness. Over time, I’ve realized that what helps me might help you. Sharing the stumbles and small victories of this journey creates connection in a world that can often feel isolating.

I would not be here without the teachers, practitioners, and wise souls who have shared their light along my path. Now I want to offer the same—not because I’ve “arrived,” but because I’m walking this path, finding my way home again and again.

Maybe my story can remind you that you’re not alone in yours. Maybe the practices I share can help you remember how to soften when you’re holding on too tight. Maybe together, we can practice meeting life with more tenderness, awareness, and presence.

When we allow ourselves to slow down, release the grip, and trust the unfolding of what is here now, we remember that it’s okay not to know, not to have it all figured out. What matters is that we keep listening.
