I am Anabell, welcome.

Thank you for being here.

I’m a mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, offering practices that support presence, inner steadiness, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. My work is rooted in mindfulness, movement, and embodied awareness—spaces where we can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves.

These practices have shown me again and again that healing is less about becoming something new and more about remembering what has always lived inside us—breath, presence, and the quiet wisdom of the heart.

They continue to guide my work today as I support others in cultivating inner balance, restoring energy, and returning to their natural flow.

A bit more about me and how I got here…

Before I ever taught anyone, these practices were my own way of finding balance — a place to renew my energy, calm my mind, and reconnect with myself. Over time, those quiet moments of restoration began to show me what was possible when we give ourselves space to feel, breathe, and come back into our natural flow.

With the guidance of wise teachers, I felt called to share this work with others. My approach now grows from those early discoveries — the understanding that well-being is cultivated gently, and that each of us carries an inner wisdom that can be strengthened, awakened, and trusted.

Through meditation, embodied practices, and restorative energy work, I create moments that feel spacious — soft places to land and gentle reminders of the wisdom already within you.
