This all-levels workshop is a journey of discovery and connection, blending contemplative practices with hands-on art making. We will capture observations, emotions, and inspiration through sketching, drawing, painting, written reflection, and mindful mark-making.
Through guided mindfulness practices and creative exploration, we will develop a deeper relationship with the natural world while creating meaningful artistic expressions.
We will begin the workshop with a gentle meditation practice to center ourselves and heighten our awareness of the present moment. We will then venture into the garden with art journals, observing nature with an artist's eye while maintaining our meditative state of mind.
All skill levels are encouraged. This workshop isn't about creating 'perfect' art, it's about the journey. The class is limited to 12 participants to ensure personalized attention and maintain the contemplative atmosphere.
