Do I need previous meditation experience? No previous experience is required. This program is designed for both beginners and those with established practices.

How much time will I need to commit each week? Plan for 3-4 hours per week, including coaching sessions, meditation practice, and journaling.

Why does the program schedule show 7 weeks when it's described as a 6-week program? The Awakening Your Wise Heart program consists of 6 core modules delivered over 6 weeks. The additional 7th week is dedicated specifically to feedback collection and integration. As Founding Members of this beta program, your insights and experiences are invaluable to refining the program for future participants. This final week gives you time to reflect on your entire journey, complete comprehensive feedback surveys, and participate in an exit interview without feeling rushed. This thoughtful design ensures you have space to fully integrate your experience while helping shape the program's future.

How do I choose between the One-on-One and Group Experiences? Consider your learning style and preferences. Do you thrive with personalized attention or do you find energy and inspiration in community settings?

What if I miss a session? Group sessions will be recorded for review. For one-on-one sessions, we'll work with you to reschedule within the program timeframe when possible.
