A Journey to Connection, Love, and Belonging
Anabell's mindfulness journey emerged through her own search for deeper meaning and connection. Embodiment practices and spiritual exploration led her to discover the transformative power of meditation, yoga and mindfulness. She now dedicates herself to guiding others in reconnecting with their heart's wisdom, creating spaces where authenticity, belonging and love can flourish.
She guides individuals to develop a loving relationship with themselves through heart-centered practices that transform how they relate to emotions, challenges, and their own innate wisdom. Using her platform to educate and inspire, she helps students navigate life's difficulties while nurturing greater kindness and compassion for themselves.
This transformative heart-centered journey became the foundation of her work. Anabell's teachings are rooted in the principles of connection, love, and belonging as powerful tools for transformation and healing. Anabell lives in New York with her life partner Anita, where they love to connect with nature, art, and culture in their community. When Anabell is not serving her community, you can find her exploring creative pursuits and enjoying moments with friends and family. Through her teaching, Anabell demonstrates how mindfulness practices not only foster wellbeing but also create space for inspiration and creativity to flourish. She believes that as we develop a compassionate relationship with ourselves, we naturally open to new possibilities and creative expression in all aspects of life.
