Drawing from trauma-sensitive meditation and mindfulness approaches, our sessions create a safe space to explore both contemplative practice and its application to real-life situations. You'll develop the inner skills needed to discern between resistance and misalignment, cultivate self-compassion, and move forward with courage even when uncertainty feels overwhelming.
All experience levels are welcome; the only requirement is a sincere intention to practice and a dedication to self-development, along with a commitment to work together for a minimum of 3 months. This timeframe ensures your path develops with clarity, consistency, and appropriate depth.
