ART JOURNALING IN NATURE: A MINDFUL PRACTICE

Join Anabell, a mindfulness and meditation teacher, for Art Journaling In Nature: A Mindful Practice—an intentional space to reconnect with yourself through creative exploration.

A nature-based creative journey into presence and inner awareness.

This outdoor class invites you to explore the art of mindfulness through creativity. Using drawing and writing, you’ll learn how to observe your present-moment experience, reflect on life’s transitions, and gently express emotions in a safe, playful way.

No art skills are needed—just curiosity and an open heart. This is a practice of presence, not perfection. You’ll be guided to let go of expectations, quiet the inner critic, and use creative expression as a tool to soften fear, release perfectionism, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Whether you’re navigating change, seeking grounding, or simply craving space for yourself, this class offers a nurturing container to awaken your senses, cultivate awareness, and create from the truth of the moment.

Open to all levels. Go at your own pace. This is your time to explore, feel, and create—just as you are.

Please bring:

– A lunch, water, and anything that makes you comfortable outdoors

– A blanket for the ground or an easy to carry foldable chair as we will be walking

– Drawing tools of your preference (markers or colored pencils)

I will send a recommended list of drawing tools and journals.
