BEGINNING A LOVING-KINDNESS PRACTICE

This class offers heart-centered practice of Loving-Kindness, where we'll nurture ourselves through gentle meditation and mindful movement, allowing us to meet ourselves exactly where we are right now.

Our journey begins with tender self-compassion as we learn to connect deeply with our hearts. Through Anabell's guided practices, you'll create a sacred space to listen to what you truly need, developing an intimate relationship with your inner wisdom. As you mindfully move your body, you'll release tensions that block your heart's messages, allowing authentic kindness to flow and nurturing the foundation of your heart-centered practice—creating a wellspring of understanding that sustains you through life's challenges.
