Mentorship
with anabell ciuffardi
A guided space to explore practices that help you soften, return, and live more fully from the heart.
Mindfulness Mentorship is a space to slow down and come home to yourself. Together, we create a practice of living with more compassion, awareness, and trust in the unfolding of your life.
Through guided meditation, reflective conversation, and gentle practices, you’ll learn how to meet life’s challenges—and its quiet joys—with presence.

This mentorship may resonate if you:
Are moving through transition and feel uncertain about your next steps.
Struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, or emotional heaviness.
Wish to deepen your meditation or mindfulness practice in a personal, supported way.
Long to reconnect with the wisdom of your heart as a steady guide in daily life.
If these words meet you where you are, consider this your invitation to pause, to breathe, and to return to yourself.
I have been working with Anabell for the past 6 weeks and find that her guided meditations are leading me through the day with serenity and a new outlook on life. — Fran R.
HOW IT WORKS
Each session is an invitation to presence. Together, we’ll:
Settle into guided meditation to open the space.
Explore what’s alive for you in this moment.
Practice mindfulness, lovingkindness, or somatic awareness as tools to soften what feels heavy.
Close with reflections and simple practices to carry forward.
Explore rituals that nourish you—whether daily moments of connection, creative expression, or mindful movement.
This mentorship adapts to you and your journey. It honors the truth of where you are right now and supports you in cultivating steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

Is this therapy?
This is not therapy or a replacement for mental health care. Therapy often works with diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. Mentorship is contemplative in nature—a space to deepen presence, explore mindfulness and creative practices, and nurture a compassionate relationship with yourself.
I'm going through a transitional time in my life, how can these practices help me and is this right for me?
Transitions often bring uncertainty, self-doubt, or heaviness. These practices won’t give you all the answers or speed up the process, but they will help you meet what’s here with more steadiness and compassion. Together, we’ll practice listening deeply, softening when you want to resist, and cultivating the trust to walk through transition with presence and care.
