In this gathering, we'll practice meeting what's here—even the uncomfortable parts—with tenderness and acceptance. Through reflective talk, guided meditation, and journaling, we'll explore how to transform our relationship with inner discomfort by welcoming it with compassion rather than resistance.

When we surrender the habit of fighting against our fear, doubt, or difficult emotions and instead make space for them with kindness and understanding, something shifts. Freedom arises from this acceptance. When you're able to hold what feels uncomfortable with compassion, you discover liberation from its overwhelming power.

This is a space to slow down, soften, and practice being present with whatever arises. Come as you are.

An Evening of Writing, Creativity & Meditation

Join us for a tender morning of expressing gratitude through creative practice and meditation. We'll create heartfelt notes of appreciation for anyone who moves your spirit—loved ones, Mother Earth, cherished pets, or anyone your heart calls you to thank.

We'll begin by grounding ourselves in a centering meditation, then move into a gentle creative flow where you'll craft your gratitude notes using whatever art supplies speak to you—drawing, painting, or simple heartfelt writing. No artistic experience needed —just your open heart and willingness to be present.

The morning closes with a gratitude meditation, allowing us to rest in the fullness of appreciation we've cultivated together.

Please bring any drawing or painting supplies that call to you. All you truly need is your presence and your heart —everything else will unfold naturally

We'll begin with meditation to settle into presence, then contemplate and reflect on two prompts. You'll have time to write and, if you feel called, the option to share what emerged.

This is a gentle space for self-discovery and connection. No pressure to have the "right" answers—just an invitation to be present with what's here and to witness each other with tenderness.

This gathering includes meditation, reflection, time for sharing and discovery, and closes with a healing sound bath to carry you gently into the new year.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to open our hearts and feel the invisible threads that still connect us to our beloved ones. From this quiet, connected space, you'll write a heartfelt letter sharing what you've been up to this year, how they continue to live in your thoughts, and offering them your love and well wishes across time and space.

The morning closes with a healing sound bath meditation, allowing us to rest in the peace of knowing that love never truly leaves us—it simply changes form.

This is a gentle practice for anyone missing someone dear. Come as you are, with whatever is in your heart. All you need is your willingness to be present with both love and longing.

Bring a pen if you have one; paper will be provided. Let yourself be held in this sacred space of remembrance and connection.
