What can I expect from working with you?

Each session includes guided meditation and conversation. Together, we'll explore practices that help you release what feels heavy, meet difficult emotions with compassion, and return home to your heart.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes. We may meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—you choose what feels right for you.
Do I need prior experience with meditation?
No experience is needed. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, we'll meet you exactly where you are.
How do we meet?
Sessions are held online via Zoom
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy or a replacement for mental health care. This is contemplative mentorship—a space to deepen presence, soften inner tightness, and cultivate trust through mindfulness practices.
I'm going through a transitional time in my life, how can these practices help me and is this right for me?
Transitions are often when we grip the tightest—trying to control the uncertainty, searching for solid ground when everything feels like it's shifting.
These practices won't give you certainty or speed up the transition. What they offer is a way to be present with the unfolding, even when you don't know what's coming next. They teach you how to soften when you want to brace, how to trust when you want to control, and how to find your way back to your heart when everything else feels unclear.
If you're in transition and feeling lost, stuck, or like you're holding on too tight—this work can help you meet this threshold with more gentleness and presence. Cultivating ease and guiding you trust yourself as you move through it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or are unable to attend, the full session fee will apply.

About Me
I'm a certified mindfulness meditation teacher trained by Dharma Moon and Tibet House, with extensive training in mindfulness practices including RAIN meditation, lovingkindness meditation, interactive guided meditation, and trauma-informed body awareness. My approach is shaped by years of personal practice and study with various teachers and lineages.
