Anabell Ciuffardi is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher who specializes in helping people befriend the parts of themselves they've been fighting.
Drawing from her own journey with PTSD and anxiety, Anabell discovered that true healing comes not from pushing difficult emotions away, but from learning to relate to them with compassion through mindfulness practices. This personal transformation, combined with her training with renowned teachers including David Nichtern, Tara Brach, and Jack Kornfield, shapes her approach to emotional wellbeing.
