How It Works

In each session, you are guided into a state of relaxed awareness where the mind and body can gently rest. From this space, mindfulness allows you to observe your thoughts and emotions with compassion, while hypnotherapy helps you shift the patterns that no longer serve you. The process is never about forcing change, but rather about allowing transformation to unfold naturally, with care and spaciousness.

What is the focus of this work?
Mindfulness Hypnotherapy is not about surface-level habit change, but about addressing the root causes of stress and anxiety with presence and compassion. The focus is on cultivating inner well-being and self-trust rather than “fixing” behaviors.

Do I lose control during hypnotherapy?
No. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process. The sessions are collaborative, gentle, and always at your pace.

How many sessions will I need?
Every person’s path is unique. Some experience meaningful shifts within a few sessions, while others find value in ongoing support over time.

Is this a replacement for therapy?
Mindfulness Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice and can be a beautiful complement to meditation, mindfulness, and therapy. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
