I’m a mindfulness hypnotherapist, mentor, meditation, and yoga teacher guiding women to cultivate inner well-being through mindfulness, meditation, and embodied practices. The teachings I share with you come from decades of study and contemplative practices— that have significantly transformed who I am today and how I relate to my inner world.
